Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps people restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

At SSPC, we also provide comprehensive treatment for neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neuropathies. Our approach focuses on improving mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence to support long-term recovery and quality of life. We tailor rehabilitation plans to each individual's specific needs and goals.

Sports Physiotherapy

Sports physiotherapy focuses on the prevention, assessment, and treatment of sports-related injuries. Whether you’re a professional athlete or a weekend runner, this service helps you recover safely, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of future injuries through tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise rehabilitation uses guided exercise programs to help patients recover from injury, surgery, or illness. These exercises are carefully designed to restore strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence, ensuring a safe return to normal activity or sport.

Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

Orthopaedic rehabilitation supports recovery after fractures, joint replacements, ligament repairs, and other bone, joint, or muscle conditions. The goal is to restore movement, build strength, and help patients regain independence and function in everyday life.

Therapeutic Exercise Program Prescription

Therapeutic exercise prescriptions are personalized plans created by physiotherapists to address specific needs such as pain management, strength building, or mobility improvement. These programs provide safe, effective exercises that can be followed in the clinic or at home to support long-term recovery and health.

The SSPC is also involved in post-operative rehabilitation after surgery, including:

  • Spinal surgery
  • Hip arthroscopies
  • ACL reconstruction
  • Foot and ankle surgery
  • Hip and knee replacement
  • Arthroscopic knee surgery
  • Rotator cuff repairs and arthroscopies
  • Shoulder dislocations and acromioplasty
